2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Please carefully check your order before submitting payment. Snow White Customs is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information that has been printed or produced as submitted.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Payments & Order Processing

Orders will be processed after the required payment has been received. Processing and production times may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, and order volume.

If an item becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution.

4. All Sales Final: Returns & Refunds

Snow White Customs maintains a final-sale policy for the following products:

• Custom & Personalized Items: No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• Party Favors: All party favor orders are final sale.

• Non-Custom Items: All sales are final unless there is a confirmed printing error caused by Snow White Customs.

If a printing error is caused by our business, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected product.

If the error is confirmed, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5. Shipping & Delivery
