Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items are FINAL SALE. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders.

Non-Custom Items

All sales are final unless there is a confirmed printing error caused by Snow White Customs. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the error is our responsibility.

We are not responsible for customer errors, including incorrect names, spelling, or other details submitted when placing an order.

Party Favors

ALL PARTY FAVORS ARE FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on party favor orders.

Printing Errors

If you receive an item with a printing error caused by Snow White Customs, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected item so we can review it.

If the error is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
